Seller identification: the seller and operator of this service is Home. “Home” is the seller's legal business name (sole proprietor), not a placeholder. All contracts, purchases and data processing are with Home.

1. Who we are

TechArt Toolkit (the "Service") is provided by Home ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a Supporter Pack, you are contracting with Home.

2. Acceptance

By using the website, downloads, plugins or dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organization you use it for.

3. The Service

TechArt Toolkit is a set of free asset-validation plugins for game engines and art tools, a team dashboard and AI Diagnose. A Supporter Pack is a one-time payment that issues a signed Pro license file unlocking particle and shader checks.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property, including uploading assets you have no rights to.
• No malware, probing, scraping or interfering with the Service's security.
• No reverse engineering, sharing or reselling license files, or bypassing license checks.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You keep ownership of assets you upload and grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service.

7. AI Diagnose

AI suggestions may be inaccurate. Verify them before relying on them. You are responsible for what you submit and how you use the results.

8. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every engine version works. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends, your dashboard data may be deleted after 30 days.
